Steel with rust patina. 38" h x 72" l x 1/2" d. It has a base that holds it securely. It has been outdoors for 1.5 years and becomes more elegant as the rust ages and completes the piece. It was originally created in memory of my mom who passed away as I wished for her a very happy time of Joy and whimsy. She brought that to my life and I hoped in creating this that it brings my wishes to her after her passing. "Joy"
